Кодировка кириллицы для отправки SMS через GSM модем

Отправляю смс, получаю набор символов. Пытался sp.Encoding = UTF8Encoding.Default - тоже самое. С англ текстом промблем нету.

Решил проблему. Кодировка нужна - UCS2
